For those that run payroll do you pay your staff weekly or monthly?

For a time I did 4 weekly - it didn't work very well

I do it 4 weekly every fourth Friday.  They like it because they usually end up getting paid twice in December

4 weekly just send the accountant all the times etc and he sorts the rest  . find it easier that way
