You say what you intend to do for them on what frequency and price etc and for what term and get them to sign it,include a copy of you’re public liability.

As per NWH.

As nwh says you will need to include the long term. ie how long the contract is valid for and how you will apply future price increases. Will prices be adjusted to the government's inflation rate and how often?
We have an internal clean which we charge £230 for. That was priced 5 years ago. By the inflation calculator we should be charging £259 for the same job.
You will also need to stipulate that any additional work required be quoted and agreed on the day.
Does the customer need to provide you with an order number before each clean?
What about payment terms?

Any future painting work etc if it effects the glass or whatever you are cleaning additional charges may incur,we’ve had this we cleaned them to within an inch of their life and then some dopey painter came along and covered them in paint-mastic-putty.
