45 degree water is nice to work with as far as keeping hoses supple etc but as far as windows drying almost instantaneously apart from a few beads of water left the cleaning power of water at 60-70 degrees can’t be compared, there’s warm water you can work with and then hot that 20 odd degrees is a huge difference when cleaning something.

If you want hot water for the cleaning benefits you need water at a high temp 45 degree water won’t make much difference over cold water in its cleaning power only on the odd soft bird poo. You’ll know if you’ve got hot water coz you need to be selective in what brushes you use,the wrong ones deform in next to no time.
