Thinking of getting a website??
« on: July 10, 2006, 04:09:18 pm »
Hi.

Im a newbie window cleaner,  trying to balance the books whilst i build my rounds since dropping out of corporate life (is it a life???).

My Internet and Website experience is in corporate IT and in Internet based development,  so if anyone is thinking of going down the website route I will gladly design, develop and launch one for you at less than market retail prices.

For an sample of my work,  check out my site at http://www.eco-wash.co.uk    (ignore content as that can be tailored to your own needs).  The site should give you a feel for what can be achived.  They are cheaper than you may think!

I can also take care of all the site hosting, domain name registation, email feedback links etc,  and also provide site stats,  so that you can see the number of hits you are getting --  so in short a one stop shop for your site from a fellow cleaner!

If anyone is interested in a site then im sure we can help each other out. (and it would be appreciated as beans on toast is now getting a little boring!!).

Drop me an Email for further info, (grant@eco-wash.co.uk) or post any questions you have here and I will get back asap.

Many thanks,

Grant.

Great Site But!!

Check out your photo's

Photo 1: Using ladders, two feet and one hand on the ladder all the time and do not lean outwards.

Photo 2:  Same as above.

I would suggest you change your photos to conform with current Health and safety practices for using ladders.

Sorry to slate the site slightly, but if potential clients see it it may well put them off.

Regards

Graham.

Thanks for the advice re:Health and safety issues raised by photos,  but as i stated the content (text and pics) can and will be changed to spec.

Any content etc would be in line with the clients wishes.
