i never give a quote over the phone.....and i dont take on work thats not near other work so its no problem to nip round and price the job up in person.....

lots of things have to be considered......

do they require a text due to access issues/locked gate?
is the parking awkward?
do they have dog muck all over the garden?
what type of windows are they?
is the conservatory huge?
do they want the skylights cleaning too?
is there awkward windows and 3 storey windows?
price higher/work harder!

If they say they must be in when I clean etc I won’t take it on unless it’s a mornings work.

Never argue with an idiot, they will only bring you down to their level, and beat you with experience
