how much do you want to earn per hour ?? ?? ??

work out how log it will take, and then you will haev your hourly rate, add a little on and you have your price

Ive just done a 3 bed detatched, charged 100 quid

Hi Albie,

Try entering all the different spellings of fascia facia fasia soffetts soffitts into the search box and ask it to search for ANY matching words. Here's a couple to whet your appetite . . .

What might work for your circumstances is to tell the prospective client you've never done HIS style of house before, so if it's OK with him, you'll time yourself and give him the costing from that. Tell him that you'll only charge him half price if he recommends you to all the neighbours at the right price.

From that, you'll have a good idea how long you'll take normally, even although you probably took longer on the first job, and can price similar jobs to suit.

Hope this helps!
