i do dumbbell/kettlebell squats,deadlifts,bench press,ab work,press ups(various hand positions for triceps or chest),curls,shoulder presses,dumbbell rows(for back),band stretching,running on the spot for 10 mins to warm up......
im mainly using high reps as the heaviest dumbbells ive got are 22.5kg.....but i can still get a good workout done..
sessions last for 60-75 mins 2 or 3 times a week....i put some tunes on and get stuck in......
DONT LET YOUR WORKOUTS SLIDE......or the "dreaded gap" will appear and before you know it you ve not worked out for 3 months and you out of shape......
remember the best thing you can do is exercise consistently for a long period of time...years and years if you want to have a decent physique......and have a good diet 80% of the time.
