Hi,
I have had a report from the residents in the above block that the window cleaning was only half carried out this morning, the windows have been washed with water but not cleared down so now the panes are just water marked and not looking any better than they did. Can you please advise and arrange to go back and fix this.

I fecking hate that. Boils my p1ss.
Some twot ignorant to how WFP works and you’re now left with having to investigate what they mean by water ‘marks’. Undoubtedly it’s just water drops but the twot inside ramps it up because of their stupidity.
No doubt all because the residents are in as they’ve not gone back to work after Xmas yet. Normally they’re not in and so know no better.

Yep, my thoughts exactly, also the property management company obviously don’t have a clue either.

Dear Mrs Clueless Flat Management Company
I noticed an electrician working whilst I was ruining the windows earlier and someone referred to him as a "sparky?"
Do you not have a duty of care?
