New van
« on: October 09, 2020, 11:30:48 am »
Is this a decent price and spec.....wanting to put a 500l litre tank in.....I know squat about cars and vans.
It's 78000 on clock and is £10k plus the dreaded.

Vauxhall Vivaro
2017 (17 reg)

1.6 L1H1 2700 CDTI ECOFLEX S/S 95 BHP **AIRCON**REVERSE CAMERAS**

Way overpriced!!!

I bought a brand new renault traffic sport, 2017, for 13,000 plus vat.

£10k plus vat for a 78,000 mile van is too much.

(Edit)

I’ve just had a look and the price compared to
Others doesn’t seem as overpriced as I first thought, but still a bit on the more expensive side.

I’d go for a renault traffic all day instead of a vivaro. They are better priced for the same kit.

i would be looking at a doblo max fully loaded brand new with 5 years warranty , 5 years free road side and 5 years free servicing  for 1500ish more

with that kind of miles i wouldnt want it , much better to get one a year old from some where and have warranty

wait until you get this and 6 months later you have your hand in your pocket for a clutch and a gearbox at 3k plus the down time  yo will be sick

Just for comparison bud last year I bought a facelift '64 reg vivaro with 75k on the clock, 1 owner and no V.A.T - just under £7k.
There was absolutely nothing else better within a 60 odd mile radius of me.
I looked today at we buy any van and I could sell for the same price I bought it for!

Sounds abit much. But regardless of the price stay we'll clear of that 1.6 diesel. They have alot of serious problems. The 2.0 is alot more reliable

How do you find it? Do you have a tank mounted and if so how big? Cheers for any advice?

That's a very tidy van, congratulations. With the windows in sliding doors I thought it had the extra seats! Just starting to look for a small van with extra seats for occasional use as will be replacing car with van.
Very tidy looking van inside and out, well done.
Thanks very much for posting picys.

That is a very well looked after vehicle, i would ruin that in a few weeks. Mine are always blathered in mud
