Robbo 333 Atom 👍👎?
« on: December 15, 2019, 10:45:02 am »
Hello Robbo

Wondered how your doing with the
SkyVac Atom

Believe you’ve had about 18 months now

Are you happy with it and recommend it for residential?

I’m sure the grippa vac 23 ltr numatic is the best in this niche it’s suction/airlift  isn’t far off the top end SkyVacs

But over £2000

I think complete Atom setup
£800

Thanks for any info Robbo

Hope your having a smoother time this year I think you had to have time off to help with your wife

And van problems too 😳

Dec 2017 is when I had an Annus horribilis

Merry Christmas 🎄⛄️❄️

I think they sell creams for that in the Chemists.
And if it's really bad you can get a rubber ring to sit on.

Hi Lee

Yes I like the Atom, it hasn't let me down yet. I don't do much gutter work (probably 2 jobs a month) but it's a good tool.

I think for standard residential stuff, it's ideal. I like the fact it's small and light and quick to set up. Also very easy to empty. They also do a smaller diameter round tool which is ideal for the top of downpipes. I would say, just keep a set of ladders on the van, just in case.

I think I payed around 650 for mine, (30ft)  but Spinaclean, price matched it for me, as someone else was doing a deal. Spinaclean were very helpful too. Also gutter clearing can be a good earner and an easy add on to sell to an existing customer.

If I were only doing standard residential stuff, I would buy the Atom and a set of ladders (also good in case you knock off an end cap etc).

Happy Christmas
