One of my clients has asked us to vacuum around  1000sq/m of carpet in an unused building.

There is dry waste only to be collected but varying in size.

Is there a decent industrial vac anyone could recommend for the job?

Open to buying and later converting to gutter vac or hiring.

Any ideas appreciated.

This is the vac for that size of area not sure where you could hire one from but maybe if you contact either the manufacturer or a distributor they could point you in the right direction.

I was hoping for about a 1/4 of that price though...likely to only use it once.
