Roundabout advert
« on: August 06, 2019, 11:18:29 pm »
Has anybody ever advertised on a roundabout sign? My local council offer signs at between £1 &1.5k per sign per year, seems a bit expensive but considering the amount of passing traffic, could work, and 12 months is a long time if it works well?

So, any past experience?

Don’t pay that sort of money - if you haggle you can get them to drop the price right down to 500 or 600

Does it work - possibly depends on how well your advert is

We did a garage forecourt sign (5 ft high ones) had it there for 3 months and not a bite from it

Can't see it working to be honest. No one is going to stop on an island to to take the number down.   And unless you have a unique name that can be googled, they probably wont remeber it other than the work wc in the name and search that.
