I have been asked to quote for cleaning the windows of an office block.
There current window cleaner who is subbed out by a larger company cannot clean above the first floor.
 
I have been asked to quote for inside and out monthly.
And a seperate reception area fornightly.

Any help would be grateful as my commercail i can fit on one hand so not sure about price and not really sure how long this would take.

Should take about 2 hours done properly with wfp. The stair case roof will probably have to done with a blade on a pole. £303.75 - the odd pounds and pence give the impression that you've done an indepth and informed quote

Bet the internal stair case will take the best part of Hour I would say with internals as well Half a day £350-£450 as to do it without WFP they would have to hire Expensive excess equipment

after looking at it again Could you get a cherry picker inside to do the stair case the cost may be ofset by the time saved

That bit that looks like a stair case is not its just the design of the building.
Each floor goes right up to it.
The ground floor and 1st floor inside i can reach just the 2 nd floor i said will be done with a pole and traditional tools.

I was thinking in the region of £240 for the lot do you think this is to cheap.

And £20 2 weeks later for the reception area inside and out

Oi oi! The original post's been added to. There was nothing about insides when I posted. My quote was for outs only.

I find you can actually get more £'s for less work, and this job's a good example.

You could easily get away with £300 for a 3 story commercial building like this - outside only. But for double the work - insides too, there's no way you're gonna get double the money. I don't think they'd pay more than £380 absolute tops for an in & out clean.

My head's hurting now, so basically, you get £300 for half the job but only £380 for all the job.

I'm making sense some where ........  I think

£380 for the whole job seems a lot of money good if you can get it though.
I might wack a high quote in anyway if i don't get it there is nothing lost

i Have been counting the glass and by my domestic rates it does come to £360.

Christ i didn't realise there was that much glass until i counted it out.
