The best and most advwnced software is George  ;D

Nah,  all aside,  if it comes to time when I need to change I think Awoka will be my choice.  Don't think it will be too long.

Just trying squeegee put again after they introduce the new work planner...looks much better now

still think i prefer cp, the only gripe  i have is having to use text local which ends up putting the total monthly cost at 50 quid or so wheras squeegee uses your mobile texts

you dont need to use text local though in CP.....I never do....i use my free texts off my phone through the CP mobile app

Yes I know mate but it's long winded to do them individually when you have 20+ to do.

what do you text EVERY single customer? ::)roll

if you do you ve made a rod for your own back there mate.... ;D

once you ve sent them one text.....its easy as you just forward the same text message every month.....

Copy, paste, send, all of five to ten seconds to send one or hundred texts within next to no time on most smart phones . Don't need cleaner planner for that

Schedule them as templates with Text Marketer incorporated into Aworka. Only for customers with locked gates.

3.3 pence per text. Shame it doesn't come out of my text allowance but it's hardly a fortune & is tax deductable.

Any smartphone will send out a group text.

You dont even need to type it, just talk to it and you can send messages to your customers even if its just landlines.

I can't tell you how much easier it is. You schedule them all out at a certain time. You can even schedule in advance if youre on time with your work. I did it your way for a very long time thought I was being clever by saving £120 a year I was actually working more.

Think about it you do a long days work it's Wednesday and you're back home for 1900 hungry and you want to go to the gym or spend some time with your family you can't do that. Because you can't text customers late so you have to get it out of the way before it gets really late.

You now need to go to your database scroll down find the jobs that you need to message I know it can technically take a few minutes especially if you work alone but trust me you must have had that feeling where you just don't want to do it and you want to eat you want to watch a film and be normal at 7 it shouldn't be time for you to start texting people in uniform.

Now imagine casually on a Sunday setting up all your messages to go out all at a particular time
And date. It saves you a lot of time and stress if you ask me like I say I've been there for a long time and for a short time I can see a huge difference it's very much worth it in my opinion.

I'm home and filled up my tank for my next days work by 4pm most days,I've also printed invoices, downloaded worksheets, written out chits etc by this time....

So all I need to do is occasionally send a few texts(through CP worksheets on my phone)at 7pm.....it takes less than 5 mins.....its hardly a chore....👍😎

Although you have to manually send it you still have the app to help you.cleaniac doesn't use any wc software. It does however become a chore even for you if you have to set up work for a different vehicle as well. The busier you are the more beneficial and efficient.
Anyhow you're using CP and it's definitely one of the top available I'm just put off personally by hearing about all this moving and a few of The Big C P guys have also stated they have gone on to squeegee and other software as a security measure so I think I'm going to be watching CP from the fence for now.anyhow happy with awoka
