So they asked really politely (once) for you to reduce your price, you stood firm, so they reluctantly agreed but then also cancelled half of the job, therefore reducing the cost anyway.

Amazing, great negotiating skills Nathan.

The call out was for the conny roof clean. The fascia clean was a last minute add on decided upon whennwe was talking about the initial job.  I did price that quite high because to be fair I didnt want to do that as well 😆      So I dont mind one bit not doing that and it allows me to get off quicker to the next job  ;D

I didnt realise i did this thread for how many times one has to stand their ground. Yes he asked me the once, who is going to keep on asking more than once when a reasonable reply has been given.  Im dealing with an adult not a stroppy teen
The “Call out”..You sound like an emergency service😂. £200 for a small conservatory roof clean? did you go to the “call out” dressed as Zorro?

For an extra 200 if thats your thing 😎

So, have I got this right?

You went out on “call” and quoted for a canny roof clean, you then had the opportunity to add another service and gain more ££££ while being at one site, no travel, no moving, but instead decided it’s better to overprice it so you didn’t have to clean it but this allowed you to put away all your equipment, travel across town, unload to do another er, job -

Hey great stuff !

Darran

So do i stay for an extra 100 or move onto another high paying job thats booked for the same day............erm let me think about that

try time management - rather than writing pervy  informative messages when its raining  ;D

but perhaps you don't clean s/f/g and Conny roofs either when its raining  ;D ;D

Never argue with an idiot, they will only bring you down to their level, and beat you with experience

I wouldn’t want £300 a day either. I’d pack it all in and move to Scotland.
