Need to have the hose fixed down and fixed hose connections inside the van as every time the reels are taken out the pump outlet leaks.
What would you recommend fitting to finish the job of?

A refit to be honest mate , none of that looks user friendly at all , just being honest !

My only real issue is the pump outlet leaking when the reel is being lifted in and out.
When we start at a job I'll lift reels out (this is when the water leaks), position them for where either us are going, both grab poles, close doors over.
I can't have fixed reels and the pumps are mounted at the height I want and within reach to switch on at the start and end of day. They're also leaving enough room so the reel doesn't hit them when they are side by side and also leaves enough room for the battery box.

Backpack and containers are now at the side door as well as the di vessels, I'm using the backpack more now when pulling up at a small singe job. Old battery is just sitting next to the tank so I can charge once a week until the Facelift tank has been sold.
Battery box lid hasn't been put back on properly and the bucket has no permanent place, spare pole hose has been chucked on the floor and power lead hasn't been put away. So other than that it's just something better needed from pump outlets to reels!
Not a fecking refit!

Ok then , I was just pointing out the obvious, it’s just not the way I would have done it.
But you carry on lifting them reels in and out all day long and see how long your back lasts.
The pumps could have been mounted out of harms way and the reels could have been side by side at the back doors , screw reaching in and dragging that inner reel out at every job !

Pressure washer or chem pump is in there at times and I've said before the fixed reels don't suit me. I tried it and it just does not work for me let alone two people working out of the van.
I was at the dump yesterday with old sofas so just chucked the reels back in.

See , you didn’t say that it was all just thrown in as in the picture!

In that case if it were my van I would angle the out elbows on the pumps down , then at floor level elbow towards the back doors , then have the reels side by side just inside the back doors .
The supply from the pumps to the left back corner of the van I would do with JG push fits and pipe , then I would come off that with your blue hoses to the reels , all of the JG stuff I would attach to the floor or ply shelving you have .

P&F - you just can't tell some people ! 

in all honesty have the constant movement of the reel in and out of the van will always be a leak issue - have you thought of outside ports by the bumper at least that would spare you of water inside the van.

I personally couldn't work that way (taking the reel in/out) anymore - im sure a bit of perseverance you could master the art of a fixed reel system

Won't be going back to fixed reels, you've got folks on YouTube pulling hose out at neck height "and so on and so forth"!!
It won't work in the congested streets where I can simply lift the reels out and position one going down the road or path and the other going wherever it needs to without strangling any members of the public.
I used to shift 10 tonnes of gas cylinders in and out of subterranean cellars every day so lifting a hose reel isn't my concern here.

The problem is that little scoosh of water coming from the pump when I move the reels.

I don’t really know off the top of my head, lots of others have done this on here , might be worth a seperate post to ask what is used to get from pumps to rigid pipe , I assume the rigid pipe would be 15mm with the same size elbows !
The only reason I have not gone down this route is the size of my van , every part is that close to the next part that it would probably take more space with the JG fittings.
I will get a couple of pics up so you can see that I have no space left to utilise 😆

lifting reels in and out of the van all day.....really?

using backpacks and barrels?maybe in an emergency or extra tight space/parking issues but thats the only time(and chemical applications)......

how can unwinding a bit of hose from a fixed reel in the van not be easier than lifting them out all the time?

I think if they were no other factors then lifting the reel out and positioning it exactly where you want is the best way in order to avoid pulling round the van and obstacles.

However the fact that its heavy and a ballache to lift in and out all day kind of negates the benefit above and when you consider that in order to do it that way you have to use a manual reel then it makes it a no go for me. I could never go back to manual ever.

Its very much what suits though isnt it ?
For me the idea of lifting the reel is a no go , but the ability to position it once out is unbeatable .
I was running 100m of Gardiner green on my reel , it weighed nothing really , with that I would consider lifting out , most of my work is in large bunches so winding in isnt an issue , although I did go fixed and DIY power reel which was fine .
Then I went to hot and standard microbore as the green would not hold the heat , this I would not lift out for sure , but I have not reinstalled the power reel to date , I dont really miss it to be honest !
