Hi,  we have £100 worth of calls for sale in maplewell /Darton border.
Est 10 years. Excellent payers all online.
We work in Wakefield and these call's have become too far out of the way for us so reluctantly having to sell.
There are 9 customers 8 of which are monthly, and one two monthly.

All detached and easy using wfp.
Asking £500. Last cleaned yesterday.

Hi.  Yes.
The houses are on an estate full of detached house's, 
Now we had a choice, spend some time canvassing,  building it and keeping it, but we have rounds in Leeds , Wakefield and pontefract,  so we decided we have no time to build , but yes the potential is there to gain many customers as long as you put the work in and canvass, we simply don't have time,  and are concentrating on our main areas.
Hence letting them go, but they are all great payers and nice people and easy work..
Just too far out  for us.
