Hi,

Wondered if anyone could assist me with a stubborn stain. Its on a brand new poly carpet and the owner has used vanish to try and remove. Can anyone tell me the best product/process to try?

If it’s polypropylene then it should be an easy removal, the customer may have used vanish and just diluted it and spread it around.

I would first Give it a fresh water rinse to remove all the solids and vanish and then look at what remains, you may find it easily comes out and no further action is required. If some colour remains then I would go down the sodium Met route and bleach it out
