Hi, we have been looking at enforcers and was at Ashbys the other day for a demo - we are new to carpet cleaning.

We like the look of your machine and just have a couple of questions.
What is the main reason for selling your machine? 
Are you VAT registered?
You say that there are 3 power leads and the Enforcer we looked at when at Ashbys had 2 leads - what is the purpose of the 3rd lead.

Thanks for getting back to us.

There seems to have been a misunderstanding re the plugs - we saw that there was a 3x socket under remote control section and jumped to the wrong conclusion that there was 3 plugs/leads. Thanks for clarifying.

We have spent a lot of time comparing your price to the quote that we recently received from Ashbys and you were marginally cheaper than theirs, but with Ashbys you also get the warranty and the training  with the machine.

The other items that you are including for an additional £300 - we have just spent £800 on hoses,  wands and x2 airmovers so this would not be needed.

So for this reason we wil be withdrawing our interest and wish you the best of luck.
