Insulated base sections could be sold as an additional pole part. I only have one property I need to fit an insulated handle, it's just common sense when doing a risk assessment prior to taking on a job. I like to work with collapsed poles according to height of property worked upon to reduce weight and don't fit an insulated handle every time I work as there is no need.
