It all comes down to how much our customers value our service and us as people.
If they cancel over a £1 increase, then they are looking for a reason to cancel anyway, whether it is the quality or method that we use or if it is to do with the way that we come across to them.

But,,,,,,, after years of cleaning this chaps house (five years or more) I putthe price up by a pound. He said that it was too much just to have his windows cleaned. People also have a maximum amount they are prepared to pay to have their glass cleaned
