Hi Lee.

What bits are needed to attach drill to the reel.

ie what is in drill jaws and also what is fitted to reel. Any links appreciated (not that diy inclined).

This with a socket on the end, the just spin the reel on the nut/bolt  That holds the hose reel handle on.

This is what i use , old B&D 18v drill wired onto system battery , pulls in micro or gardiner green no problem , 17mm socket right onto bolt of old handle .

I have a claber reel, I'm pretty sure this won't work for me.

Handle is held in place by a plastic screw cap.

When you undo this, the handle goes into a slot, metal handle at base is bent at right angle, sits in slot the plastic cap holds it there.

Don't think there is anyway of getting a female fitting on reel to fit a drill.

Anyone got a claber reel with drill ?
