Nice one Marc

Keep cracking it out mate.

I've sent you an email, a  bit of food for thought, something you've probably never even considered as a way of building a round  ;D

Love posts like this especially as I'm trying to grow my business and drive it to the next level at the age of 59! I lost fourteen dental practices last year worth £700 a month ( They decided they wanted to save money so got their maintenance men in to do work) It was a blow for a few months but I've fought back with new advertising campaigns and I'm now seeing the business grow again. Last months new customers brought in and extra £300 and this month is going same way!
My target for next twelve months is £5,000 a month!

That's awful to loose work like that isnt it.

You have done well to get some of that back though! Keep going

It is good to see you guys  inspiring each other and others, this is what it is all about, bettering ourselves and family.

It's hard when we get a job cancelled for whatever reason, and you start thinking it's all going wonky, but we are resilient and

just end up getting on with it.

Good luck to you all who are building and to the those just holding on to what they have.

If it was subbed out and you weren’t having to clean it you could take the loss better as your able to get on with th bread and butter work,I always think if your a cleaner with a lot or mostly commercial you are playing a dodgy game. If you were to give all your time to cleaning say 10-20 contracts you could easily lose 2 1/3rds of your income over night via emails,in effect you could lose most of your business overnight almost these days commercial is all about price there’s people cleaning showrooms and office blocks for peanuts compared to 15 odd years ago.

That’s the thing lose a house you can littering go round the corner and replace it,if you lose a big commercial job or 3 you may need to lay someone off.
