Do you clean windows in Chandler's Ford?

If so, be warned. There's some bottom-dwelling knuckle-dragging neanderthal scumbag waddling around telling people that he's their new window cleaner.

When they tell him they have one, our hero tells them he's bought your business from you.

You might want to warn your custies not to be taken in.

I had a joker like this try it with some of my customer a few years ago.

I didn't lose any because I had a good working relationship with all my customers and I reassured them that if I was going to stop calling or sell up, I would let them know.

Being diplomatic is being able to tell someone to go to hell in such a way that they look forward to the trip.
