Haha you guys, you must be built like rakes.
But yes i put a little weight on with not being on the ladders for two years.
However since a scare with my heart ive flipped that around. Now gone vegan so thise sunday dinners once a month are out.
Also its good how your muscles dont take long to get back into training as ive gone back to gym after some time off.
Perhaps i should star in my next vid to show the benefits of having a scare with your heart

So are the Toby carvery's a thing of the past now?
Yep,
Me n the wive thought weve done so well with the new changes that we would treat ourselves to some cream cakes. Truth be told we didnt enjoy them, infact they didnt agree with our stomach.
The health benefits of cutting out diary is unbelievable and I was very sceptical of some documentaries, but in a very short period of time I can feel the benefits.
Though the thought of a juicy rare medium stake still makes the mouth water

get a fillet steak down you lad...life s too short to be a vegetarian! ;D

Theres plenty of nutritional alternatives to be had instead.
But certainly cutting out dairy is advantageous rather than not.
Im doing this for the health benefits rather than some vegans who do so for animal rights etc, though watched latest country file and that was saying hiw veganism is now starting to have a positive impact on the dairy market.

As a plus, hazelnut milk in coffee is quite nice so thats good ;D

But if you like junkie food, you can still eat like that whilst being a vegan
