Builders clean prices
« on: July 09, 2006, 10:12:26 am »
I was wondering if you could help me with some ideas of prices for a national home building company. I have been asked to quote for a number of houses on a large site. The spec is three cleans on each house at different stages. Firstly a pre paint clean (wipeing all surfaces througout and vacuuming everything. Next a full clean , the usual sanitary ware stripping tape from windows paint from surfaces cleaning windows etc and lastly a re clean to go in and clean entire property after snaggs. The houses are three storey 5 bedroomed houses with at least three bathrooms some have 5 bathrooms. The garages are ro be included.

hi there

if your doing a pre paint clean, then you'll probably end up doing either 4 or 5 cleans to each property.

there arent many developers doing pre paint anymoe, due to time scales of build, etc.

re price, you may like to search the archives on here, as there is a mountain of info on this subject.

you may also like to consider a site vist whilst scaffold is up to do high level.

regards
