Try Glocosaminesulphate, its fantastic stuff for joints

Cant agree more!!

When I am not running the business I am running around football pitches and over the years had my fair share of knocks and sprains, even managed a break but have used Glucosamine in liquid form and its great.

Hey
once the symptons start try RICE
R rest
I ice
C compession
E elevation.
My mate is a physio and this does help.
Also massage to break down any scare tissue that is building up.This will allow the blood to get to the effected area.
