Kev just out of interest I read a great sales website last year that used changing telephone numbers as a marketing technique .
They said all companies should keep in contact with existing customers and the best excuse for calling past customers was to inform them of a change of telephone number.
Even to the point of calling them to tell them your new number but get it wrong!! Then a week later realise your mistake and call them again with the correct number. Alltec use this technique all the time with thier emails they will send an email then the next day send another correcting a mistake in the first email
