Rotational swivel movement connection on water fed brush.
Scrub sideward and rinse at the same time.

Yes your right that was an old brush used as a demo.
But this connection can be put on any type of brush or doodle bug scrubbing pad holders.

Also in case you didn’t notice the angle adapter is straight.
So you could use any handle you wish just attach a quick – loQ on the end.

Is this not an old post? I clean some windows like this with my Gardiner swivel. I don't see how it works any different from the video or from the video in the  old post (within the last year)

Yep you right that was a DIY swivel.
Moved on from that now.
The one we used in the this video is a (3D printed proto type )
But as said last time that only way you know it works differently is try it.
Have people using proto types to get feed back.

I’ve been using the gardiner swivel for the last two months. Great bit of kit.

I don’t see the problem with either rinse bars or fan jets.  They’re both parts of the tools of our trade.  If they work for us we use them and if they don’t then we don’t use them.  Rinse bars don’t help me improve my work any, in fact they are more of a hindrance, however, fan jets work exceptionally well for me, so well in fact that I have no pencil jets in any of my brushes, and they work well for me in part because of the Gardiner quick-loq swivel I use.  Someone else though, may prefer a rinse bar or they might use both depending on their personal preference or the nature off their work.

Cant take this seriously using a heavy brush and alloy pole. And the hose outside the pole...

Im all for efficency but the starting point must be using the lightest pole and brush surely.

Yes can see everyone's point but until you have actually  tried yourself.
Will see the ergonomics of the swivel/pivoting movement.

Personally, working like that would be far more fatiguing than with the brush head the ‘normal way’

It’s much easier on higher windows to scrub up and down than side to side.

Rinsing wise, I’ve always found 3mm jets and high flow the best. The wider jets create a ‘thicker’ stream of water to flow down the window, whereas as 2mm jets just splash off the glass, meaning less water flowing down the glass.

As for fan jets, tried them all but they don’t rinse as fast as pencils, problem I found was there wasn’t enough weight behind the fan of water to flush down the glass quick enough. They don’t produce enough flow/weight to move dirt down the glass.

They seem to work for others, but not me.

I had that problem when I first bought Gardiners fan jets , they weren't even spraying! More like dribbling out , so I turned the flow controller up and job sorted.

I run the pump on 90 Shrek, they don’t half spray but the issue remains...

I still find pencils much faster, it creates a better flow down the glass, moves dirt quicker. The fan jet creates, well, a fan of water that just doesn’t have the same weight and ‘falls’ down the glass slower etc. It means I can’t rinse away dirt as fast...

Each to there own though...

Using a standard quick lock angle today for upvc and finishing on the windows I don't like it. For working at angles and hard to reach windows the swivel is a must have for me.
I'd like to see this ausie one closer to see what the difference in the pivot is.

been using swivel for around 2 years, could not be without it now. it gives so much more freedom of movement and angle.

every once in a while I'll use the wife's clx 18 for something or other and it feels awful, unless your directly under the glass you cant get into some corners without rubbing your brush all over the brickwork.

I can remember trying to get the far corner of over the conny windows from the side without the swivel, not good. Now with the swivel I can do it with ease. You can get the window above you and out to the sides from standing in the same spot.

I feel really "restricted" without it!
