Anybody got a idea what I can use to remove these marks of this sign I have tried TFR and Hypo.

What TFR are you using ? and at what strength ??
normally we find that is good enough for that sort of stain

TFR got a dilution rate 100/1 i was using it neat . I also had a gardiner scrubbing pad on the end of a pole with no joy

that doesn't tell me a lot - if its not a decent brand then it may not have the power to get into the grime
Fenwicks caravan cleaner maybe better
or for a definite result you can use starbrite black streak remover but you will need to get up close and apply by hand
