When we first came back to the uk 22 years ago we rented a 3 bed house with wooden Georgian windows. We had a window cleaner in his late 30's and he cleaned our windows with a chamois.

That's a true craftsman, nothing like these modern day water splashers.

MOD NOTE: If anyone is promoting using a Chamois to clean windows they will be banned from the forum and reported to the police for animal cruelty!

When I first started way over 30 years ago I use chamois on most my work then double scrim half wet half dry then an amazing tool that squeegee thing

But I remember when I first saw a tucker pole bought over from the states before there were me even any suppliers in this  country (OTT and tucker)  it was some   by some young guy who'd been out there he still uses tucker pole and no tank resin only

They were so so cool took me about 5 yeas Before I started using a wfp

had one the same this wanting it done trad only so told them 155 pounds is our standard set price , they nearly died and asked why so much ?

I said because If I am going to fall off a ladder and put myself in a wheel chair then i may as well get more then a tenner to do so , they just didn't know how to  reply to it

they sharp went off the phone

Is it £155 per window sue?
We look at them, they look through them.
