I've always got others paying for two cleans who have come back off holiday so it sort of balances it out.  But as you say it is a bit frustrating

It can be a bit frustrating, but if they pay when they come back or double on next clean it shouldnt be a major hassle. If they are repeat offenders at delaying payment quickly replace the work as soon as able.

I really dont mind if the odd customer is late paying, as long as they pay in the end its not really a problem. If they all did it ii might struggle, but no big deal if a custy takes a week or two or three to pay, as long a s theyve paid by the time im next due im not really bothered when they pay.

Agreed, I have a customer that goes away for 4 months over the summer but still wants the windows cleaned even
though she's not there, she settles up when she returns.
That said if I wasn't such a mug I would leave them until she returns and charge her for the  4 cleans. lol.
