I looked at Bark and yes there seems to be a lot of leads that come through. It's very simple to change your settings so as not to receive emails from them, just login to your account and untick the boxes.

I'd doubt you're getting 100's per day from them. In any case, it makes it plain in the email how to opt out, its relativley simple. I can see how you would view job offers as Spam though given you do not want to work, and infact don't. They will have also gleaned your email from your website, close it down if you aint working.
