Cleaner planner
« on: May 29, 2017, 10:28:48 am »
Just looking for an easier way to keep my round organised and professional , but was wondering if it's good for my accountant. Can I just send it over once she needs it?
Thanks

The best thing about cleaner planner is how you can organise your rounds and collect payments it does a lot more including accounts, but you still need to input it all and then print off etc....

If your self employed and manage your work then I'd get an accountant who does something like receipt bank - simply take a photo of your receipt and it's automatically logged with the accountant - no need to keep receipts or hand over bags of paper at the end of the financial year

More then good enough for a one man band, best to just take the free months trial then you work out for yourself if its what you want.

Cleaner planner can do as much or as little as you want it to do. If you just want 'easier to use than excel' then it will definitely do that.

Personally, I try to utilise every feature that it has, it really transformed my business and I came to it from relatively sophisticated software.

Thanks lads.
I've took month free trial so will go from there.
The price is a bit steep. Is it true £25 a month?

Cheapest option is 15.

The trial will give you all the features though.

I'm on the highest tier, worth every penny.

Plus VAT?

I've just had my Aworka invoice emailed to me. £100 for the year paid for in advance.
Extremely similar but a third of the price. It also includes GoCardless and also PayPal integration at that price.
I wish I could get involved with the hype and spend more money, but I just can't.

I've told them to cancel it. I'm not even wanting the free trial
I'm good with a pad and a book then onto spread sheet for the tax man.
I just need to Get more organised.
I don't see for 15 a what is much different , from a spreadsheet and a book. I see all my customers or if I don't,  it's a text and paid into bank .
Maybe it's for the high fliers , or those with people working for them. Not for me.

im virtually always over organised and thats the way i like it.CP helps me to make it effortless with minimal time spent on admin.

some people are just rubbish at being organised in general(not just work related stuff either)or have a lot on their plate(family, kids, etc)and find in near on impossible.
price higher/work harder!

I've just started using Aworka and find it very good, does anyone know what cleaner planner does that's different to Aworka?
Genuine question.

I use cleaning planner at £18 inc, worth every penny for organising  your round and easy if keeping track of debt

Don't have a need for the higher package

Don't use it for collecting GC or finances still use spread sheet

The systems operate differently but in effect do the same thing, I would suggest trialling both and see which one you prefer.

Not wishing to get into a comparison debate but I'm not so sure it's "lot's"

I believe the planner has always been there and yes it can display work booked many months in advance.
