I don’t know if anyone else has seen this. Its stated that the 4 guys are window cleaners, so I assume they are, although theoretically they could be any kind of high-rise building worker.
The text on the page is obviously translated and is pretty pigeon English, but you get the gist. 3 died in the cradle and one when his harness gave way.
