Hi all, I'm looking to start out as a carpet cleaner after years of working in an office. I'm hoping to get some experience on the job. If anyone is willing to take me under their wing for a few days and let me take some of your knowledge, I'd be really grateful. I'm based in Worthing, West Sussex. So needs to be relatively local obviously!

Mmm should I train another cc in my area ,obviously Not .

Now if you weren't in my area then probably , I think you will glean a better idea of what's entailed from somone a bit out of your area .
I traveled 110 miles to the cc who took me out for the day .

Hi Neil, I know no one from Worthing will want to help me, but was hoping someone localish as in up to around an hour away. It's free labour for someone and hopefully will give them a warm fuzzy feeling helping me (ill even throw in a free lunch!)

I would gladly teach you if you was near me. The more good carpet cleaners in my areas the more custers there would be.
This industry suffers from poor cleaners.
Thats why people reach for the rug doctor thinking they can do better!

Imagine standing on the roof of your house
Look around and count the houses you can see and tell me how many of them are you cleaning?

I bet 10 at most amd thsts being generous!
