inkjet stain on light col 80/20 twist!
« on: January 10, 2017, 04:59:37 pm »
Customer dropped cartridge onto carpet and initially area was 20p size. she blotted then used water based carpet cleaner which spread it to bottom of mug size. I have used pog and mucho blotting and got tons out, but of course coloring remains. Considering dye-gone after advising customer that looks unlikly we are going to get a reasonable outcome, any suggestions?(apart from insurancecomp/burning the carpet!) Cheers Simon

I think ultrapac is used for carbon and toner spills. You may get it all out but prequalify as som, etimes you remove the bulk of it and are left with the real dye that has changed the carpet colour.
Starts at the bottom likes it and stays there
