I have my hoses with the solution hose within the vac hose.
Not just a short whip at the tool end but all the way through to the machine.
Will this impede airflow ?

Yes - the solution hose will cause a certain amount of turbulence  to the airflow. However, if you have good vac power to start with , it ain't going to make that much difference to your extraction capabilities or drying time.
25' lengths are ok but when you start talking 50' lengths they become a bit weighty and cumbersome  in this format.

Thanks for replying.
I have a powr-flite machine picked up 2nd hand and came with about 50 ft or more of this type of hose.
The wand is a "Magic Wand" and from previous experience there doesn't seem to be the "airflow" coming through the wand.
Maybe its the design of the wand ?

I've been using a length of hide a hose for a few years. The biggest problem I find is debri like hair,fluff etc etc gets tangled up where the solution hose enters/leaves the vac hose. Am constantly unclogging it .
