I only ever get 1 follow up call to any enquiries I make, and given the time and effort put in to producing quotes, they are entitled to follow it up.

I've even forgotten about stuff we need, and they've followed me up and got the sale, even had items hand delivered before to help us meet deadlines or requirements on jobs.

Not a bad word to say about Grippatank!
