Problems with WCW
« on: October 04, 2016, 12:34:44 pm »
Anyone else had problems with stuff ordered from WCW lately? I ordered 2 scrim and some squeegee blades last Monday and didn't arrive in post, by Friday they said we'll send it again in post even though I said I'd pay extra for courier as in desperate need of the squeegee but they said no need we always send in post and rarely have a problem, they said would be here yesterday by latest but I'm still waiting and post just been, I've phoned royal mail and asked neighbours but nothing I can do but sit and wait, hope I'm not £28 out of pocket  >:( I've ordered loads of times off WCW but always bigger orders which was through courier

Rob,

Have you received your items yet? There is an option on the site to choose a courier for any size order (orders over a certain amount automatically go via courier). This is always the better option as you will get text alerts, etc with a delivery window when your order is due to arrive.
