Virosol versus water
« on: October 02, 2016, 08:18:40 pm »
Had to clean dirty fascia and soffits last week.

Sprayed  Virosol on the back ones, left for a few minutes to soak, then cleaned with tap water and brush.

Sprayed tap water on the front ones, left for a few minutes to soak,  then cleaned with tap water and brush.

I'm not sure whether there was any difference.

I think the Virosol helps but haven't timed myself accurately.

Spray it on dirty grey UPVC,  leave it a few minutes and wipe it down and rinse off and you'll see a difference. It's pretty good stuff.
I have to be honest though, I don't spray it on my brush when I'm doing facias unless water won't remove the dirt on it's own. Often water is all that's necessary. If the dirt is stubborn though, then on goes the Viro-sol.
