getting a place for storage
« on: May 12, 2015, 06:41:37 pm »

Would it be better to get a flat with  a garage or a flat or hire one for storage?   How much would a place to hire cost or and how would you find one?

You could always befriend one of your customers.
An elderly one would be ideal as they are likely not to drive and may have a garage they no longer use.
Start by asking if you could store some equipment in it, perhaps do a couple of odd jobs for them for next to nothing as a sweetener. If they have an outside tap even better ! - chances are they are not going to notice or really understand wfp and what you are up to.  ;)

Slippy just stop overthinking and just set up the di's under the kitchen sink or by it in your flat and throw the hose out of the window each time you want to fill containers below and just lug them to yer car.  Job done.  ;D

Under her sink would be even better tho.

My advice Slippy is just don't mention the war.

Ask a friend.
Just chant..... Hare Krsna, Hare Krsna, Krsna Krsna, Hare Hare, Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama Rama, Hare Hare. It's beats chanting Tory Tory or Labour Labour.

Slippy ...... U defo slipped up ere mate  ;D

Full house of stars for funny posts of the week.

Don't worry am not going to slate u but there is easier ways to get water.
Realistically if u have been getting ur water from the opposed garage for free for so long then u not really wanting to rent a flat and garage at a cost of ( well even ere in Liverpool is guna cost u £500 PCM minimum) X amount, depending on were u live, which is more than the water metre bills would be using ur own house or flat.
If u have a flat and like me a hose fitting wouldn't go onto any of the taps in my house, u could easy fit an outside tap on the inside under the sink, this being if ur just renting and can't be drilling holes in the wall.
Then run hose to van.
