Hi everyone, I have a 300gpd reverse osmosis unit which has the 750ml di tank attached if I have my water running for 24 hours I can produce about 800 litres and the water will start showing 003-005 for the last 5-6 hours so my tank normally is about 002 which I'm happy with, just curious if my resin should produce more 000 water then this

Don't know which model you have. I had the un-boosted 300 gpd Pure Freedom one for six years. My tap TDS was always around 400. Post RO it was about 016.
A 10" DI canister would then give me about 2000ltrs of 000 before starting to creep up. It would give me about another 2000 ltrs before it reached 010 at which point I would  change it.

I have another one now which has a single 300 gpd membrane rather than 3x100gpd membranes. However, this one is boosted and I am also using a Permeate pump on it.
Post RO, tds is 003 so my resin lasts ages. TBH I could probably do away with the resin and use it straight from the RO.

Are you filling the tank on your van? The best I've seen is pump through di as you clean.
Remember at a TDS of 001 a litre of resin will give you 20,000 litres of pure. Divide by 16, your TDS post RO, then times 0.75. Doesn't take long to exhaust the resin.

I have a similar set up the best and cheapest way to improve is to add a second DI vessel. Then  replace the DI  resin closest to your ro with the resin from the furthest and add new resin to this one. This will extend the life of your resin. Your R O is working well replace it when you TDS after ro reaches 40 .Ppm.

Mate, you neex to get rid of the 750ml di vessel and get a 4.5ltr or bigger, so it will work and last longer.
I went from using a 750ml to using 2 750mls to now using a 4.5ltr.
Also compact the resin in nice and tight and watch out for tds creep, so run off ro before running it into di
