May have my first ever potential insurance claim if I can't sort it.
Problem is a light purple wool carpet with hessian backing. The issue is that one of my workers was cleaning the upstairs with powerburst (I think) as it was man-made and heavily soiled. The only thing is that he has spilled some on the wool carpet downstairs causing hessian bleed. I have asked him about it and he admitted it but thought he extracted the spillage before it could cause a problem.
I went to look at it today and I have a feeling that Browning Prescription is not going to touch it. Not only has the hessian been soaked but soaked with a high Alkaline solution! Just my luck
Any last resort ideas to sort this? I'm already thinking of maybe just going through the insurance as it seems pointless buying in loads of specialist chems if their is hardly any chance of improving unless someone has an idea
