Pioneers of the Replacement Reach and Wash VehicleBack in October 2008 we launched the very first Reach and Wash fitted Vehicle for our water fed pole clients to use during a claim. All types of claims included - Fault / Non Fault / Fires and Thefts included for the duration of the claim (repairs or 7 days after pay out for written off vehicle).

We own our own fleet of Reach and Wash fitted vehicles We manage our fleet primarily for the use of our own clients to use during claims, and subject to availability we hire at a weekly rate to water fed pole users that are not clients of ours. Hiring to non-clients only works out viable in the case of non-fault claims where the third party pays the hire charges. We urge customers to insure with us and pay the small additional cost to include access to this facility which offers complete peace of mind.

Bespoke and unique policy for water fed pole system and polesOur policy provided by Zurich has been specifically designed to cover the water fed pole system and poles for all insurable eventualities (wear and tear / poor maintenance excluded). We provide cover for accidental damage, malicious damage, fire and theft. The only theft restriction is that the vehicle is locked and claims are settled on a reinstatement bases (put you back in the same position as before the claim).

Bespoke and unique Personal Accident policy for window cleanersThis policy is competitively priced and offers 24 7 personal accident cover for window cleaners (even those using ladders). Sickness cover can also be included. Weekly benefits of up to 70% of your average weekly earnings and/or lump sum payments in the event of permanent disablement such as loss of limb.
