Customer layalty

I Have just go back after a knee replacement opp. The thing that leaves me staggered is how customers use your recovery time as an opportunity to cancel when you get back. Then seem to need time to build up the guts to cancel.  You clean all year round rain and shine winter and never a day off and they cannot even stick with you when you are off recovering from something that was probably cause serving them in the first. Thankless bunch.

Many years ago on this forum someone said "Don't make the mistake of thinking your customers are your friends ... "

The good thing is people want windows cleaned and this is a good time of the year to get fresh and hopefully better customers.

In the same boat Slap as the last two years have been a nightmare for me health wise, the thing is its not hard to
build your round back up again and you will find that a lot of your x customers will start to come back once they see you
out cleaning again.
