Barry...you may be right

i`ll try cutting a couple of inches off
G & M .....Apart from the above issue which is very minor and probably just me, the univalve is excellent, very responsive, just a tug and waters on & off. used to use a tap before so had a loop of hose, am glad thats gone. and plus i can add or lose a section of pole instantly, whereas before i was lumping around a clx 27 plus extension, i would of had to take the tap apart to lose or add a section. the vans a lot tidier as well, the blue exceed pole hose is excellent as well iv never had any kinks or birds nests and i find it lays very flat, the barb with the 2 o-rings that joins the pole hose to reel hose can be a bit of a pain is it gets caught a lot, although im going to solve that with a cover.
all in all im very happy with it, i dont think its overly expensive. its a great bit of kit, would definitely purchase another
