If you are importing a Judson then tell them to stick a little giant gas heater in the container you will need a heat source

I have a small van so there was no room for the  little Giant unfortunately so I'm looking to see if someone can put a heat exchanger into my machine if you guys know someone please let me know

Those  pictures are of 2 different machines.

Fitting a heat exchanger is simple for a competent metal fabricator, it's sourcing the actual exchanger which will be the problem, you could import one from the USA. What van do you have as it must be small if you cannot fit a little giant,.

If I'm being blunt it's a Bit daft buying a truckmount with no heat source,  of all the machines you could have imported you went with one that has no way of heating the water

Mike's right - sorry to be a killjoy but you have a cold solution feed and a vacuum..................you need heat to go with a truckmount to achieve the cleaning that you want. I would speak to your distributor. he will understand what we are saying and may have an answer for you from Judson.

No but planing to do it tomorrow i have a nissan nv 200 i can fit the LG but then i have to leave my porty at home London you always have to have a porty in the van

Well I finally added Little Giant to my order last question please where do you guys keep the gas tank inside of your van ?
also is it safer to get a small tank or doesn't matter

I have a 100 ltr lpg tank  boxed in next to the wheel arch with hose reel sitting on top, being as your going to be tight for room i would see if you can get it under the van. Have you checked to see if the van is capable of carrying the weight of a truck mount and everything else as i'd say you really need a 3.5tonne van. who have you ordered the machine from over here?

yes I have a PowerClean machine 22hp watercooled fitted with a Lavor diesel water heater (from Qservices see ebay: PRESSURE WASHER HOT WATER BOILER 15LTRS/MIN STEAM CLEANER LAVOR 8.690.0039) super hot and reliable - not lpg but just as quick to full temp - better at high pressure but works fine at 300-400psi for carpets - u get lots of soot if doing uph but just have to turn burner off and do it quickly at the end.

There cant be many Judson's in the UK be interested in how it performs - he seems to know what he's doing as they are pretty straight forward - the OP just does not seem to have had much experience of tm's in general - still for that price (£12k?) the only other machine you could get is a Chemtex!

I have a edge technologies kit on the kholerv twin engine in the pic https://www.edgetechnology.co.uk, and yes a little giant lpg boiler would do the job off the same tank

With the weight of the Judson alone at 300kg plus the weight of the waste tank - burner - and presumably fresh water tank plus all your other bits and pieces your going to be running very close to the max of your van's payload - which is 728kg
