Hi Angelo I use LTT and have been happy with their products, apart from the deep cleaner which appears to have developed a dog like smell, but to be fair once cleaned and dried the odour goes.
Furniture Clinic are also great and do good products. So if you are using those I am surprised your not happy.
The other is buffalo which I have not tried but they are helpful and people I know who are in the know say their deep cleaner is very good.
Money wise Buffalo are better value as you can buy 1 ltr of concentrate which will dilute to 10.
Hope this helps

I have tried the cleaners and conditioners from the Furniture clinic and  prochem do a range too.
Done plenty of jobs with these and no complaints so far :) All the cleans have come up really well.

The thing with leather cleaning is that it is not always about calling for a stronger product - it is about understanding what is causing the problem you have and using the correct products and methods to resolve the issue.
We keep our cleaners at the correct strengths to give optimum results and continually monitor their performance both in house and with our customers. Our newly formulated cleaners we believe are giving the best results available. We have 2 strengths of cleaners as the Ultra Deep Clean is designed for heavy soiling and dye transfer removal but is not recommended as a regular cleaner - use the Deep Clean for this.
Angelo if you would like any advice on the best way to use the products please do not hesitate to get in touch and if anyone wants to try out our latest cleaners we will happily help.
Jonathan - not sure what has happened to your Deep Clean!!!! - if there is a problem please send it back to us as we have certainly had no issue with the smell of the Deep Clean
Hope this helps
Cheers

Hi Judy, it isn't a great problem but just something I noticed. I bought some deep clean and noticed it thought it may be that particular batch but after using that one up bought some more and still noticed it.

Like I said once dry the odour is gone so not really an issue so  I am quite happy to continue using it as the finished result is always good.

That said I do not do too much leather now and it wasn't meant as a dig just an observation.

Thanks for your reply

Thanks Jonathan - we have conducted an official 'sniff' test in the office and no one can detect that sort of smell so a little confused  ??? - however we have found everyone's sensory perception to be very different over the years so just enjoyed all the comments from the staff!!

;D sorry to have you sniffing the cleaning solution Judy, just don't drink it lol  The smell I noticed was once applied to the leather not actually from the bottle.  It is a smell like wet wool, initially I thought it was due to the clients having dogs but they didn't like I said though isn't a big issue as it went once dry and everyone was happy with the results.

Perhaps it is just me as the clients never mentioned it  :)

Perhaps but there was no mold issue either  way I got paid both times the seconed lady was almost in tears as she thanked me and said I have got a new 3 piece suite.
She struggled to get the money together and wouldn't let me discount the price, so I cleaned another chair free of charge.
Simple rule I never use the cheapest products Only use those that work.
