Why not just a 'self automated' sprinkler system, linked to pure water.  You could even put a 'wiper blade' on each panel with a tiny motor set to come on for one minute, once a week. It's not like you don't have the electrics to run it!  ;D

Now where did I put that drawing pad...

I think you will find some solar farms spent a fortune on those types of systems then realised they don't have enough water supply to use them...Doh? ;D

I have never really understood people in this industry being subbies.

Since i started 11 years ago, i have always been busy with my own work. If i needed more i just went out and got some, theres loads out there.
There was a post from a silly lassie "there's a lack of confidence in this industry" as much as she annoyed me it is true. If folk are being given work it may seem like the easier option as apposed to advertising costs or dropping 10000 leaflets.

i must admit its a bit of a punt, i do look at all the comments and i think they  are mostly  quite fair and has i said i ummed and arred  for 12 months, if it pays of all well and good if not then i had a expense lunch :)
I think i am looking to diversify a little,  we will be getting involved with another business in March, not cleaning related,  and a few other things are in the fire so thats probably what swayed me a little............time will tell
I don't know how far you travelled to the seminar but for myself to go there wasn't viable. If he came up to Glasgow and I had potential figures to work with then I could say if it was for me or not, but to travel was literally traveling into the unknown.

I think that was the same person that had to throw extra staff and resorces at spf job just to finish in time. 3 weeks if I recall corectly which then effected the firms income on jobs they should have been doing.
